Paula has extensive experience advising investors on various mechanisms to establish or increase their market presence, and how best to take advantage of the dynamic growth and liberalization of the Brazilian economy and regional market integration. Her scope of services includes comprehensive advice to investors on structuring and implementing multidisciplinary transactions. Paula also advise on compliance; structuring and implementing IPOs, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions.<\/p>\n
