Law 13.709\/18 (General Data Protection Act - LGPD) establishes a series of measures that companies need to ensure the privacy and protection of all data managed. Therefore, it is fundamental that companies, assisted by a specialized consultancy, prepare a LGPD Adjustment Program setting the following phases and measures:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Mapping and inventory of all data treated by the organization;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Identification of the levels of associates and third parties\u2019 access to personal data;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Definition of the data management structure at the company;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Preparation of checklists to evaluate suppliers that will operate the personal data;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Assistance to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) or DPO\u2019s outsourcing;<\/p>\n

\u2013 Assistance in crisis situations, contact with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), institutional communication etc.<\/p>\n
